Kristen is trained in traditional mental health modalities to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies to manage your mental health diagnosis.
Kristen specializes in helping women understand how their unique biology, nervous system, and hormonal rhythms influence mood, energy, cognition, and emotional resilience. Through this lens, you will explore practical ways to align with your natural cycles—rather than work against them—supporting deeper self-awareness, regulation, and empowered decision-making.
Kristen offers nervous system fitness coaching to help you build greater capacity for resilience, regulation, and connection. By understanding how your nervous system responds to stress, safety, and stimulus, you will work together to develop practices that strengthen your ability to stay grounded, recover from overwhelm, and move through life with more clarity, presence, and choice.
Integrative mental health counseling takes a whole-person approach—recognizing that your emotional well-being is deeply connected to your body, environment, health, routines, and lived experience. Kristen works to help you build resilience, balance, and lasting change by aligning practical tools with your unique physiology, inner wisdom, and life rhythms. She uses biohacking tools and strategies to help you optimize your systems integrity for improved well-being.
The Big Five Personality Assessment offers a research-backed lens into your core traits—how you relate to the world, manage stress, connect with others, and make decisions. Kristen uses this insight not to label you, but to support deeper self-understanding, enhance communication, differentiate nervous system triggers, and guide personal growth. It’s a powerful tool for aligning your goals with your natural tendencies, so you can move through life with more clarity and confidence.
In addition to therapy, Kristen offers a separate coaching container for individuals who are pursuing specialized goals or personal growth outside the scope of mental health treatment. This space is ideal for those seeking support in areas like self-leadership, nervous system fitness, life transitions, or purpose-driven work. Coaching allows you to collaborate with more flexibility, creativity, and forward momentum—while still honoring the depth and nuance of your lived experience. It is a separate container that is ideal for mental health professionals, out-of-state clients, and practitioners seeking specialized support.
